If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@knuffelkings.com. If your order is already on its way, you can refuse delivery by informing the postal worker. This is free of charge. Upon receipt of the package, we will arrange for a refund as soon as possible, within 14 days of cancellation.

Orders automatically expire if not paid for.

Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At Knuffelkings, you have the option to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the item. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the items. You can choose to exchange the product or return it.

**Returns**
Would you like to return an item? That is possible, of course. To make your return as smooth as possible, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Fill out the return form.

Download the return form HERE and fill it out completely.

Send the return form to info@knuffelkings.com.

Step 2: Send your order.

Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to provide a Track and Trace code for the package to avoid misunderstandings, as you are responsible as the sender.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount back into your bank account.

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 5 working days. Or, if desired, it will be replaced with a new item.

If possible, we ask that you return the order in its original packaging and in a sturdy shipping box.

If we made a mistake, we will cover the return costs; otherwise, these costs are for you. For all refunds, the full order amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, we will not charge you any fees for such a refund. If a product is returned damaged, we may charge a compensation fee. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

**Warranty Period**
Knuffelkings provides a minimum of 2 years warranty on all products for manufacturing defects. The provided factory warranty does not affect your statutory rights. The statutory warranty applies to all our products. If we decide to exchange your product, you often have a new one at your home the next day.

The applicable 'statutory warranty' guarantees that each delivered item meets the normal requirements of soundness and usability. If this is not the case, please feel free to contact us, and we will fully handle the warranty process with the manufacturer.

There can be no warranty in the following cases:

Normal wear and tear.
Defects resulting from use not in accordance with the intended purpose or improper use.
Damage caused by intent, gross negligence, or neglectful maintenance.
If you have complaints about a product, please feel free to contact us at: info@knuffelkings.com. We will contact the manufacturer and then ensure the correct handling of the warranty.
