Is your order already on its way? Then you can refuse your order upon delivery by notifying the postman. This is free of charge. After receipt of the package, we will ensure a return payment as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after dissolution.
Orders will automatically expire if they are not paid.
Are you still not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At Knuffelkings you have the option to revoke the agreement within 14 days after the day you received the item. You can choose to exchange or return the product.
Return
Do you want to return an item? That is of course possible. To make your return as smooth as possible, you should go through the following steps:
Step 1: Fill in the return form.
Download HERE the return form and fill it in completely.
Send the return form to info@knuffelkings.com
Step 2: Send your order.
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code to avoid misunderstandings, because as a sender you are responsible.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount back to your bank account.
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within 5 working days.
Or, if desired, it will be replaced with a new item.
If possible, we ask that you return the order in its original packaging and in a sturdy shipping box.
Should a mistake have been made by us, we will bear the return costs, otherwise these costs will be for you.
With all refunds, the full order amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, we will not charge you for such reimbursement. If a product is returned damaged, we can charge compensation for this. You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Warranty period
Knuffelkings gives a minimum of 2 years warranty on manufacturing defects on all products. The manufacturer's warranty does not affect the legal warranty. The legal guarantee applies to all our products. Do we decide to exchange your product? Then you often have a new one at home the next day.
The applicable 'legal warranty' guarantees that every delivered item meets the normal requirements of reliability and usability. If that turns out not to be the case, please feel free to contact us, we will fully take care of the warranty settlement with the manufacturer.
There can be no guarantee if:
- The wear can be considered normal.
- Defects have arisen that are the result of use that does not correspond to the intended purpose or of improper use.
- Damage was caused by intent, gross negligence or negligent maintenance.
